Last night at midnight, ANP turned 22 years old.

22 years is no given in consulting. Not in markets that are constantly changing.
Not in industries where decisions are becoming faster, more complex, and more expensive.
And certainly not in a field where the real value often lies not in the information everyone finds\u2014but in the information others overlook.

ANP was founded in 2004 with a clear conviction: Strategic decisions deserve better foundations than assumptions, gut feeling, and superficial market reports.

Since then, we have analyzed global markets, decoded competitors, built benchmarks, secured investment decisions, and helped companies gain clarity where complexity, uncertainty, and time pressure converge.

The core has remained the same to this day: We don’t deliver data for data’s sake. We deliver orientation. We don’t just seek answers. We ask the questions that make the difference. And we make visible what is truly relevant for decisions.

After 22 years, ANP hasn’t simply gotten older. ANP has become more precise. More experienced. More global. And perhaps more important than ever.

    Cooling and Compressor Technology: For a global market leader, ANP delivered comprehensive market and supply chain analyses as well as competitive intelligence in 11 countries. This enabled the client to base its strategic decisions on solid data. <\/p>

    Digital Cooking Systems: On behalf of a leading provider, ANP identified potential M&A candidates and conducted detailed competitive analyses in 10 countries. Our investigative research contributed to strengthening our client’s market position. <\/p>

    Medical Devices: A global provider in the field of prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions relied on ANP to analyze and validate its supply chains. Our focus was on volume, margins, and pricing to enable efficiency improvements and cost savings. <\/p>

    Automotive Industry: For a renowned vehicle manufacturer, ANP conducted comprehensive benchmarking in the area of software procurement. The results supported our client in optimizing its procurement strategies. <\/p>

    Location Analysis for Automotive Suppliers: In fall 2023, ANP analyzed potential production locations in Europe and the NAFTA region for an Asian automotive supplier.     It was an event that celebrated German entrepreneurship and was attended by over 1,300 guests on September 6.

    The superbly organized event offered interesting networking opportunities, competent masterclasses, and first-class speakers. At the renowned Colosseum Theater, established business owners met to exchange ideas with innovative leaders on topics such as skilled labor shortages, digital work environments, and the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

    Well-known speakers such as Lionel Souque from Rewe, Prof. Dr. Michael Otto from the Otto Group, and Martin Kind from the KIND Group emphasized how essential it is to remain open-minded and agile toward new things, regardless of age.

    The appearance of Hans-Joachim Watzke, DFB Vice President and CEO of Borussia Dortmund, caused a stir and national media coverage in over 600 media outlets over several days.

    In a conversation with the publisher of DUP UNTERNEHMER, Jens de Buhr, Watzke expressed his criticism of the German Football Association’s (DFB) plans to abolish the performance principle in children’s football. He described this reform as “incomprehensible and not understandable.”

    Another exciting presentation was given by Maximilian Freiherr von Wiedersperg from BMW.       October 2019: Top Executive Search Firm \"division one\" Engages ANP <\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      ANP was engaged by Division One GmbH, a leading executive search firm that was named best consultant by Wirtschaftswoche, Focus, and Top Consultant in 2020, to conduct a market study in the USA in the medical technology sector.<\/p>

      The main objective of the project was to conduct a value chain analysis to collect and validate qualitative and quantitative data and information for internal client validation through expert interviews. Additionally, the client’s main competitors were also analyzed. <\/p>

      For this project, ANP provided three experts from the healthcare and medical technology sector. The successful collaboration began in 2019 and continued with follow-up projects in 2021 and 2022. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
